The workshop ¡Tengo la edad que quiero y siento! welcomes the elderly in an organic and participatory dance process, which introduces them to the healthy scenic exercise, allowing them to develop their creativity, improve their self-esteem, be responsible and protagonists in the creation of a playful community, as well as enjoying an experience that demands concentration, self-knowledge and management of decision-making. It is an exploration of the lives of the people in the group, it explores their sentimental education to build the memory of their affective, sentimental, ethical and spatial territories.
