Lo que me gustaría que la danza fuera is a book that fixes the experience of a choreographer and collects the complicity of the master, the closeness of one who translates into words what he has been exercising for years in his life and in his creations.

Cesc Gelabert brings us closer in this luminous book to the true essence of a movement inhabited by the heart and the mind. His shows have been living samples of this same toolbox, so the book helps to understand how and why we move, but also how and why the artist has moved, from the “informed diversity” that he has always defended: knowing everything from everywhere, but contributing to the general diversity from the local uniqueness.
