SCENIC SPACES FOR DANCE

Dance, always on the move, although the road is not entirely flat: there is a lack of stable programming while providing a temporality never enough, as short periods of exhibition, competitions and festivals, unlike disciplines such as opera, zarzuela and circus, which have publicly owned theaters, dance does not have at its disposal those scenarios in which to exhibit and, when it does, many of these spaces are not suitable for it.

Beyond outlining this fragile structure, we look for solutions together with programmers and cultural managers, taking into account the coordination of structures and audiences and the absence of a solid dance education and communication. And we deploy the needs of artists and companies that demand stages in which to show their creations, but also to rehearse and produce them.
