The directors of Metamorphosis Dance will conduct a training workshop to form the new cast of the choreographic work Elkarrizketa Ilunak.

Throughout the process they will have national and international dancers who will work in a formative process acting as if they were a second cast. In this way these dancers will have the opportunity to live the experience of professional work and learn first hand the resources and creative methods of the choreographers.

The choreographers’ extensive international dance and training experience gives this training the ability to stimulate the dancers’ necessary technical and creative growth in a professional and competitive environment.

This project reflects the pillars of the methodology of these creators: grouping people from very different geographical locations in the same space, where everyone must abandon their personal habits and at the same time contribute their experience, creating an optimal working environment. At the same time, “learning by doing” encourages all participants to apply in a practical and concrete way many of the resources needed when working in a professional environment.
